Title: Mad Love
Author: WHAT? JULIE WROTE SOMETHING?
Disclaimer: Not my characters, I just fuck with their minds
Characters: Mark/Roger, implied Mark/Maureen
Notes: I don't know what this is. Have no idea. Wasn't even sure what characters I was writing for until the end. And it's fifteen words too long. So, please, feel free to beat me with pointy sticks, if you wish.
You open the door and the cold air wraps around you, pulling you enticingly inside. You shouldn’t be doing this. It’s stupid, it’s dangerous, it’s insane. But you’re sure it’s love. At least you hope it is, because if it’s not…well, you’re trying not to think about that. That’s your problem, he says. You think too much. (He’s right and you know it. It’s just that you can’t help feeling that there’s something horribly wrong about this.) He says it doesn’t matter because no one will ever know, and so you convince yourself there’s nothing wrong with cheating on your cheating girlfriend with your best friend. And you convince yourself that it’s just mad love.
